You review concepts, give feedback, and approve a final package that is ready for construction.

You attach your project drawings and details, then eBinaa gives you access to contractors selected through a strict process, plus supervision engineers to oversee quality. You compare proposals, sign the construction contract, and manage progress and budget from the platform.

You choose a trusted developer to build on your own land, upload your land layout and details, and personalise the unit with the team so the plan matches your lifestyle. After talking directly to the project experts, you sign and move to execution.

Contracts on eBinaa are legal and reviewed, with clear technical and administrative requirements written into them, so responsibilities and deliverables are defined before work starts.

eBinaa retains 5% of the project value. If a contractor withdraws from the project at any point, they carry the consequences. It protects you and gives contractors a real reason to finish the work properly.

Payments are released only after each stage of the project is completed, so what a contractor receives reflects the work actually done on site.

Oman Housing Bank is a partner on eBinaa. During the build journey you can run a loan eligibility check against your OHB loan information, and you can skip that step if you do not have a loan with OHB.

Companies go through a registration and verification process before they can receive work, and eBinaa applies a strict selection process for its contractor network. Profiles carry portfolios and ratings so you can compare before deciding.
